We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Where a jurisdiction's law defines "sale" or "share" more broadly than a direct advertising transaction, we review our analytics configuration against that definition and will update this section if that assessment changes.
Data submitted through the contact form, scheduling widget, or (if you accept cookies) captured by analytics, is transferred to Google LLC's global infrastructure, which may process data outside the country you are located in. This processing is governed by Google's own privacy and data processing terms, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Contact form submissions are retained in accordance with Google Forms' retention settings for our account. Analytics data, where collected, is retained according to our configured Google Analytics data-retention window. We review these settings periodically and will state fixed periods here once finalised internally.
We rely on the security measures built into the third-party platforms (Google Forms, Google Analytics, Google Calendar) that process the personal data described in this Policy, and on standard web hosting security for the site itself. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to: access a summary of your personal data and processing activities; correct and complete your data; request erasure once the purpose is served; nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity; withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it; and raise a grievance with us (Section 15) before escalating to the Data Protection Board of India.
You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing, including profiling; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or the ICO (UK).
You have the right to: know what personal data we hold about you, request its deletion or correction, opt out of the sale or sharing of your data and of targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using Section 15. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We do not use your personal data for any automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use personal data collected through this site to train or fine-tune any AI model.
We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice, such as a site banner, rather than a silent update.
